The expansion of new markets requires an economical and fast delivery service for spare parts. A leading global OEM manufacturer has decided to set up its own warehouse for spare parts in Eastern Europe. HPMlog took over the responsibility for the general logistical planning – from the conception, the planning and tendering of the warehouse equipment, the tendering of the management concept to the ramp-up support.
