Consumer goods
International production networks and thus, supply chains integrated with customers are already a reality for leading consumer goods companies. However, they are subject to the dynamics of market changes as well as product adaptations and thus also realignments of the corporate strategy due to changed framework conditions.

The diversity of consumer goods also reflects the diversity of projects
In the consumer goods industry, our project experience is as diverse as our customers and their products. Whether warehouse planning or factory planning, warehouse and transport outsourcing as well as supply chain driven projects in the procurement pool or transport cooperations: HPMlog’s project experience is very broad here. Contact us, we will explain to you in a structured way the optimal procedure for your task.
Align international production and distribution networks with consumer goods market realities
By using tool-supported, mathematical optimization methodology, we determine the optimal locations for our customers, taking delivery costs and service level into account. From an economic point of view, this is a key driver in network optimization. For a holistic consideration and evaluation of the economic feasibility, however, an analysis of the potentials and restrictions in the given production and warehouse locations as well as the consideration of the process complexity are necessary.
HPMlog advises customers holistically. We do not only use network tools, but also focus on the practical feasibility of the optimized networks in the processes on the one hand and on the capacities of the network nodes on the other. The planning of factories and warehouses is our traditional core competence.
New organizational structures require a new process landscape
Driven by site integration or the outsourcing of organizational units, responsibilities and processes are reorganized along the entire supply chain. Overarching IT structures are being introduced or rolled out. We accompany these projects in terms of content and also lead the necessary change management to a successful implementation.
