As part of the review and optimization of the logistical structures for the supply and disposal of the plant location for the production of rolled aluminum products, a restructuring follows. In the future, the demand-oriented and high-quality supply of the European plants will take place via a central distribution warehouse at a new location (centralization of distribution). The economic, flexible, on-time and reliable supply of customers is realized through efficient cooperation with a professional service provider. In connection with this, measures to optimize the supply chain are planned and implemented.
