In the course of the global rollout of a worldwide ERP and SCM template, a new process and SAP environment is also being set up in Germany. To integrate the five external service provider distribution warehouses, five external warehouse management systems must be expanded and integrated into the process/SAP landscape. HPMlog has taken over the coordination of the processes and interfaces, the accompanying project management and the go live support.

- Coordinate the interests of the customer/consumer goods manufacturer vis-à-vis the external partners in inbound/outbound
- Accompany and support the five distribution warehouse service providers in the conversion to their own SAP systems or standard (WMS) warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate the processes and integrate the interfaces as well as the barcode system to the new SAP environment and the suppliers and service providers
- Define the interface requirements at the inbound/outbound interface with selected suppliers
- Coordinate test and commissioning/go live with external partners
