Project task
The development, planning and realization of a function-oriented goods traffic center is a central project for the economic development of the location. In the development area, a publicly accessible logistics center is planned as an initial investment for the GVZ on the disused sections of a freight depot. For the master planning of the freight transport center and the planning of the logistics center, HPMlog should take into account the use of subsidies and create the conditions for successful area marketing. For the entire project development, the interests of the regional and national users must be coordinated and taken into account. In the course of the project, an existing container handling facility located in the area will also be modernized.
